Illinois Freedom of Information Act 

The Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts and policies of those who represent it. Any individual, corporation, partnership, firm or organization, acting individually or as a group, has the right to inspect certain public records.

All requests for information must be made in written form. Submit the FOIA Request Form or visit the Marketing and Communications Office, Berg Instructional Center (BIC), Room 1D02 at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd. Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 to obtain the form.

Completed forms may be submitted by mail, e-mail, or fax. Please be as specific as possible in describing the information requested. For more information about FOIA, check out the  Illinois Attorney General web site.
