The College of DuPage Bloomingdale Center offers the same, full-service education available at COD's campus in Glen Ellyn. The center provides large, comfortable classrooms, computer labs and convenient parking, and is home to one of the college's Learning Commons where students can receive a variety of academic support services.

Services offered at the regional centers include:
- Registration (for courses located at main campus and regional centers)
- COMPASS Testing
- Counseling, Assessment and Testing
- Computer access to the Library
- Assistance using resources, myACCESS and Blackboard
- Open computer lab available to students and to the community (call for open hours)
