This new program is designed for 21- to 40-year-olds with mild to moderate developmental disabilities. Courses include Independent Living Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, and Self-Advocacy Skills. These courses will complement other offerings within College of DuPage. Sharpen Your Knife Skills — Watch video!

What's the best way to cut an onion? How about a tomato? Sharpen your knife skills to speed up preparation time and increase cooking confidence. Techniques include tips to properly pare, chop, slice, dice and trim. Review types and qualities of knives. Enrollment limited to eight students.

Drawing I — Watch video!

Let your artistic abilities surface while learning how to draw and sketch. This class teaches basic drawing skills such as placement, form, light and shadow, and composition. A supply list will be mailed before class.

Excel Basics 2010 — Watch video!

Conversational Italian I — Watch video!

Develop practical conversational Italian skills and insights into the beautiful Italian culture. Level I provides a firm foundation for many spontaneous conversations involving oneself and one's family. A textbook is required.
