Whether for personal development, professional advancement or life enhancement, Continuing Education can provide the perfect learning experience for you. Credit and non-credit courses, classes and workshops for adults and youth are designed to meet a variety of educational needs and provide a multitude of educational experiences. Our programs are organized in three major areas:
Professional Development
Explore our health care certificate and nursing programs, project management, Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA), food and beverage programs, Business Solutions (customized training for area employers), and more.
Adult Enrichment
Learn about our free Adult Basic Education (ABE, GED, and ESL), and other programs such as adult test prep (GRE, GMAT and LSAT), tutoring, online Ed2Go programs, applied music lessons, Lifelong Learning courses, and many other adult enrichment classes.
Youth Academy
We have programs for youth of all ages. Discover our Early Childhood Education Center, K to 8 enrichment programs, high school programs, Talent Search offerings for gifted students, Summer youth camps and more.

Fees
In-district residents and out-of-district students are welcome to take our classes for the same registration fee.
Tuition fees are due and payable at time of registration. Fees vary in accordance with class length and other factors. Tax dollars are not used to support Continuing Education programs. They are sustained by student revenues only, so classes must meet minimum enrollment. In the event of any administrative cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your tuition.

Cancellations
Please help prevent cancelled classes by enrolling early. Classes will be cancelled prior to the start date if enrollment is too low.
