Enjoy learning the German language this summer as you experience the beauty of old meets new while living and studying in the cosmopolitan city of Berlin. Visit famous East German museums, remnants of the Berlin Wall, and Checkpoint Charlie. Day excursions may include a cruise on Lake Wannsee, trips to Dresden, Wittenberg and Hamburg. Designed for students, teachers, employees of international companies and individuals interested in broadening their horizons by studying and living in another culture. Dates: June 4 to July 4. Fee: $4,645 (includes pre-departure seminar, round trip airfare from Chicago, lodging in a home-stay with breakfast and dinner provided, transfers to and from airports, admissions and excursions listed as included in the cost of the program, language instruction and textbooks).
