PSB Health Occupations Aptitude Exam
PSB's Health Occupations Aptitude Examination can predict an individual's readiness and capability for successful completion of the educational program designed to prepare qualified health care personnel. This test is required for students applying to the Dental Hygiene, Nuclear Medicine, Diagnostic Medical Imaging Radiography and Diagnostic Medical Imaging Sonography programs.For specific program information, go to Health Science Admissions.Testing sessions are held November through March. Please check back in September for new testing dates.
HESI A2 Exam
Elsevier's HESI Admission Assessment (A2) exam can assess applicants' basic learning skills and gauge future classroom success. This test is required for students applying to the Nursing (ADN) program. For specific program information, go to Health Science Admissions. Nurse Assistant Competency Exam
Nursing assistants/aides working in licensed and or certified skilled nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities and home health agencies in the state of Illinois must be certified. The Illinois Nurse Aide Testing Program is responsible for the written competency exam as required by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
