QuickBooks Essentials
This session begins with a review of basic accounting terminology, book keeping/record keeping processes, understanding the key balance sheet and income statement, navigating the software and how to set up basic accounts and generate reports. This session also includes: setting up/refining your chart of accounts, creating invoices, receiving and making deposits, entering and paying bills, reconciling bank accounts, generating financial reports and financial statements, entering and tracking jobs, customers, vendors and items. Setting up, tracking and reconciling credit card accounts. Also, exploring various accounts that can be tracked with QuickBooks. Seminar is conducted in our computer lab by CPAs who are Certified QuickBooks instructors.
