DuPage Women’s Soccer Team
(last modified 8/7/13)

Student/Athletes wishing to participate on the 2013 College of DuPage women’s soccer team need to complete the following tasks:

Step 1 - Complete the Intercollegiate Athletics Eligibilty Packet [IAEP]. These packets are available in the Athletic Office [K-Building, Room165] or from any member of the coaching staff. Included in the packet are eligibility forms, an academic information sheet, and various medical forms. All forms must be completed and returned before a player can be declared eligible to play. Forms may be completed and handed in before training begins. Medical forms are available at the bottom of the college’s team page:

Step 2 - Have a physical examination by a licensed physician or nurse practioner. No athlete will be allowed to tryout unless they have proof of a physical (a physical form is attached to the IAEP). Physicals must be dated after January 1, 2013 to be valid.

Step 3 - Practice/tryouts begin on Wednesday August 7 and Friday August 9th at 3:00 pm. Starting August 12th we will train at 3:00 pm Monday - Friday. Players are required to bring soccer shoes, running shoes and shinguards. Water will be provided by the school. It can not be emphasized enough that players show up to the first practice physically fit for college soccer. During the school year practices will start at 3:00 pm, so schedule your classes accordingly. Practices rarely last longer than 2 hours.
