notices are posted outside of the LTA coordinator's office, SRC 3036.
Notices are collected from four local library system
newsletters and from job ads sent directly to the LTA Coordinator. The Job Board is used to assist
students with their job search and to demonstrate what types of jobs are available, what the duties
and requirements are, and what salaries are being offered.
Not all ads contained salary info. The data is
compiled to provide a snapshot of the library assistant job market
in the Chicago metropolitan area.
