COD Welcomes ‘Side Hustle’ Author Chris Guillebeau During Global Entrepreneurship Week

College of DuPage will welcome “Side Hustle” author, blogger and speaker Chris Guillebeau from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16, in the Student Services Center Atrium located on the College’s Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.
Guillebeau’s presentation is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) at College of DuPage, with three free events offered Nov. 14 to 16.
During his talk, “Side Hustle: From Idea to Income in 27 Days,” Guillebeau will present steps designed to help entrepreneurs select, launch, refine and create a new income stream in under a month. The first 100 attendees will receive a free copy of Gillebeau’s book “Side Hustle.”
Additional events during GEW include “What Are You Waiting For?” from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, and “Entrepreneurs Unplugged” from 4 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15. Both events will be held in the Student Services Center, Room 2201.
Instituted in 2008, Global Entrepreneurship Week is the world’s largest celebration of entrepreneurship. Inspiring people in more than 170 countries, GEW brings people together through local, national and global activities designed to promote entrepreneurship.
