Approximately 70 attendees learned about two College initiatives addressing skills education and workforce development and growth. Project Hire-Ed is partnering with employers and business leaders to determine what jobs are not being filled, what skills are missing from the workforce and the solutions to these and other challenges.
Innovation DuPage is a new initiative designed to connect small businesses with necessary resources and new owners with the tools to succeed in order to promote business growth and job creation in the area.
