Foodservice Sanitation
2 credit hours
Receive training in the management of sanitary methods of food handling in all segments of the food service industry in preparation for state certification by the Illinois Department of Public Health Service. This class meets the requirements for Culinary and Hospitality degrees and certificates, and is the prerequisite for all Culinary and Baking classes. This class meets 32 hours for lecture.
