Acquire the skills necessary for full or part time employment as a professional bartender. Learn to mix and serve alcoholic beverages along with stock and maintain a bar. Students must be at least 21 years of age to enroll.

Signature Cocktails for Hosting a Dinner Party

Planning a dinner party for a small group? If you have always wanted to learn to make signature cocktails, you will gain skills to become a gifted host. Learn history behind cocktails and step-by-step directions for mixing your own signature cocktails to celebrate any event! You will also learn to make homemade mixers with fresh ingredients. This course is best enjoyed with friends and significant others!
