Youth courses will take place online and in-person during the Summer 2022 semester.

Yes. We will offer both in-person and online classes for summer 2022.  

We have more than 100 virtual and in-person courses scheduled for elementary, middle school and high school students! Check back soon (late February 2022) for our digital catalog. 

Registration for Youth Academy courses will open in late February! Parents may call (630) 942-2208 to register over the phone or visit myaccess.cod.edu to register online.

Registration for individual courses will close at least one week prior to the start of the program.

All classes will meet via Zoom during their scheduled time. Instructors will email a link to the Zoom meeting 2 business days prior to the start of the class.

Some classes may use Google Classroom to manage documents or assignments. If needed, students will be given a Google account within the College’s education domain. Be sure to enroll using an active personal email address. 

All Youth Academy virtual classes require a Youth Academy Online Waiver. Completed copies of this document must be sent via email to youthacademy@cod.edu at least 2 business days prior to program launch.

Junior High Achievers Algebra 1 and Geometry courses are ineligible for High School credit. The only required form is the Youth Academy Online Waiver.

High School Credit Classes online classes will require both an Youth Academy Online Waiver and a Grade Release form
