Appointments

Fifty-minute appointments are available* and accommodate up to three students. All sessions start at the top of the hour. Please review the session times and provide your availability below.

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Last session starting at 5 p.m.)
Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Last session starting at 1 p.m.)

The following additional appointment times are available upon request given tutor availability:

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m.

*During the remote learning period, drop-ins may be substituted for appointments.

I will email tutoring@cod.edu at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

If I miss two appointments, I understand that I will need to contact Tutoring Services to reschedule appointments.

I may receive a maximum of three 50-minute appointments per week.

I must be enrolled in the COD developmental or college-level course for which I am requesting assistance.
There is no guarantee I will obtain a better or even a passing grade in the course for which I receive assistance.
