Professional Update Training

The Automotive Service Technology Program at College of DuPage offers several advanced level courses that may be taken as update and technology enhancement coursework; these courses can be found by referencing the course schedule.

  • Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association
    Offers drivetrain related seminars and update training for technicians and service facility management personnel.
  • Automatic Transmission Service Group
    Offers drivetrain related seminars and update training for technicians and service facility management personnel. 
  • The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide
    Offers automotive climate control related training, information, and Clean Air Act Section 609 certification.
  • AC Delco Training
    Provides training opportunities for AC Delco related systems and vehicles.
  • International Automotive Technicians' Network
    The International Automotive Technicians' Network is the largest network of automotive repair professionals in the world: a group of 73,933 from 156 countries. The members of this group exchange technical knowledge with their peers around the globe, sharing over 1.7 million years of experience.
  • Automotive Service Association of Illinois - Mechanical Division
    The Automotive Service Association of Illinois (ASA-Illinois) is an affiliate of ASA, the largest not-for-profit trade association of its kind serving automotive service professionals. ASA is dedicated to and governed by independent automotive service and repair professionals.

  • NAPA Institute of Automotive Technologies
    NAPA Autotech offers a wide variety of convenient, cost-effective ways to train automotive professionals. In addition to self-paced and eLearning, NAPA Autotech offers hands-on and seminar style classes for almost every make and model to help technicians keep their skills up-to-date.
