Waterleaf Restaurant

Waterleaf Restaurant, located in College of DuPage's Culinary and Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Restaurant Management students.

Patrons can experience culinary and pastry students' creativity while enjoying a multi-course meal, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients. Attentive service is provided by service and sales students. Waterleaf hours vary.

Regional American Cuisine - SOLD OUT

Enjoy fresh, seasonal, regional American food prepared and served by students in Culinary and Pastry Arts and Service classes. This semester kicks off on February 15 with our Oregon menu. Tennessee, Central Plains and California cuisines are featured in the Spring Regional American Cuisine Menu.

  • Lunches available Wednesday and Thursday with seatings at 11:15, 11:30, or 11:45 a.m.
    $17 per person (Includes 8.0% tax)
  • Dinners available Tuesday evenings with seatings at 7 p.m. or 7:15 p.m.
    $17 per person (Includes 8.0% tax)

International Cuisine Dinners - SOLD OUT

Join us select Wednesdays for a culinary trip around the world. Enjoy food from across the globe accompanied by wines carefully chosen by students in our Wines program. This semester we're exploring the cuisines of Japan, Morocco, France and Argentina in our upcoming International Cuisine menus . You'll receive attentive service from our students as you enjoy the view in Waterleaf dining room.

Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine Dinners - SOLD OUT

Enjoy an evening of fine food prepared and served by advanced culinary students in beautiful Waterleaf dining room. Choose the prix fixe multi-course menu which includes wine pairings or select specific dishes with the new a la carte option. Wines available by the bottle or glass.
