Student-Run Dining at Waterleaf

Waterleaf, located in the college's Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management students. Patrons will experience culinary & pastry students' creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients as well as attentive service provided by our Service & Sales students.

Limited seating is available at each event. Reservations may be made until an event is sold out. For reservations, visit opentable.com or call (630) 942-2284.

Regional American Cuisine

Enjoy fresh, seasonal, regional American food prepared and served by students in Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. This semester will kick off on February 4 with our Pacific Northwest menu. We will be featuring the American South, Rocky Mountains and California regions in upcoming menus. See the link below for details!

Lunches available Wednesday and Thursday with seatings at 11:15, 11:30, or 11:45 a.m.
Dinners available Tuesday evenings with seatings at 6:45, 7:00 & 7:15pm
$17 per person (Includes 8.25% tax)

International Cuisine Dinners

Take a culinary trip around the world with our International Cuisine class.  Enjoy food from across the globe accompanied by wines carefully chosen by students in our Wines program.  You'll receive attentive service from our students as you enjoy the view in the beautiful Waterleaf dining room.

Open select Wednesdays this fall beginning March 4th at 7 p.m.

Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine Dinners

Enjoy an evening of fine food prepared and served by advanced culinary students in beautiful Waterleaf dining room. Choose the prix fixe multi-course menu which includes wine pairings or select specific dishes with the new a la carte option. Wines available by the bottle or glass.
