Our chef inspired artisan pizzas are hand tossed and freshly prepared right before your eyes with authenticity you can see and taste.

Chef Dan Coudreaut is an accomplished, award-winning chef in the hospitality industry and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. As a certified Pizzaiolo, Chef Dan has developed a new concept that is Neapolitan-inspired artisan pizza. Kim Coudreaut has spent the better part of the last decades in the hospitality industry. Her experience and detail-oriented skill set made her the perfect project manager.
They came to the Illinois SBDC at College of DuPage in 2019. They wanted to discuss validity of concept and navigate the capital funding options for a leased space. Then the pandemic hit and all timelines were off. They used the time wisely to navigate the real estate market and ended up using the lock-down time to purchase a location. With the help of the SBDC they secured capital funding to open a bright, light and modern place to enjoy artisan pizza.
Working with the Illinois SBDC helped and challenged us to think about how to build a stronger business plan and in the end a stronger business. This allowed us to focus on creating a great new to the world Pizza Restaurant.
