This two-day course will discuss how a Crime Scene Investigator
processes a homicide crime scene. This course includes topics such as: approaching the
crime scene in a systematic and methodical fashion, legal considerations and how to avoid
problems in court during the CSI’s testimony, managing large amounts of evidence, determine
how many crime scenes are involved, documenting the body, and some advanced CSI
techniques that are common to homicide investigations. Practical, hands on, exercises are
also included with this course.
