Employee and student volunteers focused on the Chaparral community earlier this month with service projects located around DuPage County during the College of DuPage 2025 Spring into Service campaign. Organized through COD Cares, the College’s volunteer corps, volunteers gave their talents and hundreds of hours over four days to foster a culture of service and make a positive impact on their community directly.
Service work included preparing meals at Ronald McDonald House, building furniture for housing-insecure families, donating baby clothes, serving lunch at DuPage PADS Interim Housing Center and more.
