- Candidate attends Information Session
- Candidate reviews open positions & identifies if they want to move forward
- Candidates submit an application & schedules an intake interview to determine career readiness
- Eligible candidates have their resumes shared with employer(s)
- Employer(s) review resumes and determine whether to offer an apprenticeship opportunity to the candidate
- Once hired, the apprentice is employed and earns income while attending College of DuPage
