Are you currently a Mentor in the IEMP program with the Center of Diversity and Inclusion? Are you a first generation student? If so, this program is for you!


  1. Current College of DuPage student
  2. Current or former Mentor in the IEPM Program and/or First Generation Student
  3. Maintaining at least a 2.0 GPA
  4. Major declared

How it Works

  1. Apply to the Career Professional Mentoring Program (check back for future application)
  2. Receive your acceptance letter and checklist from the Career Services Center
  3. Complete this form to get an invitation to the VMock SMART resume software
  4. Have your resume reviewed and make changes
  5. Contact the Career Services Center
  6. Have Career Services Center match YOU with a local Employer looking to Mentor YOU!
  7. Complete the necessary paperwork to start your mentor/mentee partnership!
  8. Communicate with your Mentor at least once a month from November 2021-May 2022
