Academic Advising Services

The Counseling, Advising and Transfer Services department is able to serve you during this temporary closure of our campuses. Read below for options on how to book an appointment with a counselor or advisor.

Please note that all phone calls will be returned during business hours in the order they are received. Be sure to leave your name, student ID number and a phone number where you can be reached.

Appointments are available via phone call and Zoom video conference, and are scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Saturday hours vary. If you book a video appointment, you will receive an email invitation (in your COD email) prior to your appointment.
