Virtual Appointments with a Counselor or Advisor

Please carefully read the following: If you are scheduling an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a reminder call and have the option to choose a phone or Zoom appointment. Otherwise your appointment will default to a Zoom meeting, and you will receive a Zoom link in your COD email prior to your meeting. Please be advised, any phone calls coming from a COD counselor or advisor may appear as an unknown number.

If you are unsure of which appointment to reserve, please contact our office at (630) 942-2259.
