May Mental Health Matters Month

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the mental health of people of all ages. Now more than ever, it is critical to reduce the stigma around mental health struggles because that stigma often prevents individuals from seeking help.

Together we can realize our shared vision of a nation where anyone affected by mental illness can get the appropriate support and quality of care to live healthy, fulfilling lives. Counseling, Advising and Transfer Services is excited to offer several events and workshops in collaboration with Alter Ego Productions and the Center for Student Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

A Mental Health Matters Photo Exhibit sponsored by the Center for Student Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, will be displayed across from the COD Bookstore during the first two weeks of May.
