“College of DuPage taught me what to expect in the U.S. It was hard living here at first because everything was new. Even celebrating Halloween was something I had not done before. But my professors were so friendly and good, especially Michael Stack and Caroline Soo in math. And I made so many new friends. I fell in love with College of DuPage. It’s a college of dreams and a stepping stone to a better future.”

“I really enjoy learning about how we work as human beings. Learning about how we think and behave fascinates me a lot,. Besides, the way that COD professors present class material is very interesting and easily understood for me. I’ve taken many psychology classes at COD, and almost all of the classes I took can be transferred to a four-year college or university as a part of their major requirements or electives. This will help me to get my B.A. degree faster.”

“COD offers a variety of classes at different hours and locations. I usually take classes at Main Campus and at the Naperville Center, closer to my house. More recently, I got the chance to work on campus, helping me to practice my English, socialize better and learn more about the American culture.”
