Prepared by the Financial Affairs Department, the College's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report seeks to provide a detailed overview of the institution's financial position, performance, and operations over a fiscal year.
The College maintains its accounts and prepares its financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in the United States as set forth by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board and standards put into effect by the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB). The ICCB requires accounting by funds in order that limitations and restrictions on resources can be easily accounted for.
