The application deadline to apply for study abroad is Feb. 15. Space permitting, late applications are accepted.
To apply, complete the study abroad application for admission and submit letters of recommendation.
Note: Save a copy of these documents to your computer PRIOR to completing them to avoid losing your information.
- For Costa Rica Summer Study Abroad ONLY this additional billing agreement form is only for non-COD students joining the program through the Illinois Consortium for International Studies and Programs (ICISP). A additional instructional and administrative fee is required. Contact your ICISP rep for more information.

Passport Information
If you do not have a passport, or your passport expires within six months of the program dates, you should apply for a passport or renew your passport immediately. Passports can take up to four months to obtain. Do not wait until you are accepted into the program.
