Learn on your lunch break.

Once upon a time... we all listened to and told stories. Stories can leave an unforgettable impact on our memories, are powerful marketing tools, can persuade others, and empower change. Incorporating storytelling into your communication strategy encourages your audience's imagination, fosters active listening, sparks emotion, and generates further action. Participants will discover why storytelling works and learn the elements of building compelling narratives for your audience. This course is highly interactive, and participants will complete a storytelling project during the class.

Learn on your lunch break! We often recognize executive presence when we see it, but it can be more difficult to define. There is something about a person with presence. People are more likely to listen to them and willingly follow them. In this fast-paced, highly interactive keynote, Andy Kaufman shares practical insights gleaned from years of working with executives around the world. He builds on the idea that executive presence is based on confidence without arrogance. But what about those daunting moments when you don’t feel so confident? Through interviews with senior leaders and leading authors and experts, Kaufman shows how the impostor syndrome is an issue we all struggle with, from aspiring frontline leaders to CEOs (and he shares practical ideas on how to address it). From how we show up, speak up and deliver results, executive presence is not something we innately have or do not have—it is something we can develop. This fun, insightful and motivating keynote shows you how. Instructor: Andy Kaufman
