College of DuPage counselors, in partnership with the Dean of Students office, Human Resources and Marketing and Communications, invite students, employees, and community members to explore, attend events and openly discuss their mental health through the Unbox campaign. This initiative encourages honest conversations about daily stress and challenges and offers valuable mental health resources. Our goal is to break down the stigma around mental health and support others on their path to well-being.
How Opening Up to Others Can Help
Students, alumni, staff, and faculty discuss mental health challenges they’ve experienced and how opening up helped with overcoming them.
