We are going to test out the different soaps and chemicals to see what kind of foam they make! Learn about how foam is made through physics, and test it out using materials right in your own home!
These are the materials you will need to follow along with this activity.
- Hand soap
- Dish soap
- Bar soap
- Shaving cream
- Multiple cups (one for each mixture)
- A tray or cooking sheet to conduct experiment
- Measuring spoons (if needed)
- Plastic gloves (if needed)
Make sure you do this area with an adult that's okay with getting wet (i.e. kitchen or bathtub).
