Placement is high in Nursing and Health Sciences at COD. Many of our graduates go on to work locally and give back to the community. The best way to learn about everything this major has to offer is to meet with an Admissions Representative and visit our campus.

Create your profile and complete your undergraduate application. You must complete the undergraduate application prior to applying for a Nursing and Health Sciences program.
Your CODID number is provided in your Welcome email from College of DuPage. Visit myaccess.cod.edu to setup your myACCESS account using your COD ID number.
Once you setup your myACCESS account, all official communications from COD will come to your @dupage.edu student email. Visit cod.edu/email to set up your email.
Visit cod.edu/hs_admissions to review your program's admissions packet. Please complete all necessary prerequisites prior to applying for a Nursing and Health Sciences program.
Meet with Nursing and Health Sciences program advisors to learn more about the program requirements and setup a schedule.
You must complete all necessary prerequisites prior to submitting a Nursing and Health Sciences program application at admissions.cod.edu. Please provide your COD ID when completing the application.
- Submit Proof of Residency Verification Form
- Submit all necessary program documentation (for application) prior to the program's deadline date.
- Attend a program Advising Session (if applicable)
