Graduates lined up during graduation

Apply to Graduate

Student Records determines whether a student has completed degree and certificate requirements in order to qualify for graduation. Students and their advisors should monitor their academic progress online by running a degree audit in myACCESS.

You must complete the application for a degree or certificate no sooner than one term before you are expected to complete your academic requirements. An official evaluation of your credits will be completed within six to eight weeks. If you have questions about this process, contact the Graduation Department at (630) 942-3829.
