This intensive short course prepares you for the any of the IIBA Core Business Analysis Certifications administered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course is current with the framework of knowledge outlined by the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide).
The facilitator-led workshop provides a complete understanding of the BABOK® Guide, in preparation for sitting any of the three exam levels (ECBA™, CCBA™ and CBAP™). During this interactive 4-day workshop, theory is revised and test-taking tips and strategies are provided; coaching into the best exam level selection is supported by the CBAP Facilitator. IIBA exam fee and required textbook not included.
On completion, you will be able to:
- Identify the critical principles, activities, tasks, and techniques described in the BABOK® Guide.
- Cite the core knowledge areas and their activities, tasks, deliverables and relationships.
- Develop a personal exam preparation strategy that includes test-taking tactics.
Certification
COD's Business Analysis course provides a strong foundation for sitting for the ECBA™, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis; CCBA®, Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis or CBAP®, Certified Business Analysis Professional, offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). CBAP®
35- Business Analysis education hours are required to sit for the certification exam. These hours are fulfilled by completing the Business Analysis Certification Preparation course (32 hours) and completion of a three-hour online assessment).
CCBA® & ECBA®
21-Business Analysis education hours are required to sit for the examinations. These hours are fulfilled by completing the Business Analysis Certification Preparation course.
