In today's workplace it is important to embrace a culture of inclusion. This carefully designed program is intended to meet each individual where they are in their journey towards Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Identify your unique talents and those of your colleagues as you learn to become more open and inclusive to build understanding. This program focuses on employee competencies to promote awareness, build courage, identify emotional intelligences, encourage curiosity, and help participants develop action plans to support commitment towards a more inclusive organization.
