College of DuPage Continuing Education offers two unique career training opportunities in the Food & Beverage industry. One can quickly acquire the skills necessary for employment as a professional bartender, through our Bartending program. Learn to mix and serve alcoholic beverages as well as stock and maintain a bar. If mixing and serving isn't of interest, explore the booming industry of craft beer through our Business of Craft Beer program and join the thriving community of craft beer entrepreneurs in the Chicago area. Business of Craft Beer

Explore the craft beer business and gain the knowledge you need to get started in this exciting industry, with Business of Craft Beer Program offered by College of DuPage Continuing Education. This hands-on, premier beer education program focuses on the business of craft beer, with curriculum developed by key figures in the Chicago area industry and courses conducted at College of DuPage. Professional Bartending

Acquire the skills necessary for full or part time employment as a professional bartender. Learn to mix and serve alcoholic beverages along with stock and maintain a bar. Students must be at least 21 years of age to enroll.
