Placement Testing

Placement tests help identify your academic skill level so you are placed and enrolled in the correct courses to achieve academic success. Students may be able to bypass math placement tests by showing proof of prior coursework at COD or another college or submitting a qualifying score. ALEKS Math Placement Testing

Math placement requirements can be met using a prerequisite college math course, a proctored ALEKS PPL score, submitting a minimum ACT or SAT score or by achieving an A, B or C in transitional math. Click below for more information on ALEKS math placement test.

Kaplan Test of English Reading and Writing Placement
