National Helplines

The following National Helplines are available to provide additional information, resources and referrals for assistance in crisis or suicide prevention, sexual assault support, domestic violence, substance abuse and more. 

Crisis Text Line

Text from anywhere in the United States, anytime, about any type of crisis, including Corona Virus anxiety/concerns. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds from a secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.
