Career Professional Mentoring Program

The Career Professional Mentoring Program collaborates with the Center for Diversity and Inclusion to recruit mentors specifically from the existing Inclusive Excellence Peer Mentoring (IEPM) Program

Career Services recruits alumni to participate in an five-month virtual mentoring program with COD students. While collaborating IEMP, peer mentors will have the opportunity to apply for the Career Professional Mentoring Program to be matched with local employers looking to be a mentor. The IEMP will now become the mentee working with a career professional.

Benefits of Participating

This opportunity is only available to IEMP mentors which enables students to gain insight on industry requirements for future career opportunities, build a professional network and develop strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
