Standing Committees

The Board currently has four (4) standing committees:

Budget Committee
Audit Committee
Academic Committee
Auxiliary and Outreach Committee

The Board may establish and appoint members to additional standing committees, as deemed necessary by the Board from time to time.

Special Ad Hoc Committees

The Chairman, or a majority of the Board may appoint committees as are deemed necessary by the Board.

Committee Membership

The composition of the committees is determined annually in June by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Community members are invited to submit letters of interest to serve on standing or ad hoc committees by contacting the Board of Trustees at (630) 942-2203 or via email: boardoftrustees@cod.edu.
