The Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) Workforce Hub Program, funded by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), is focused on providing training for clean energy careers, aiming to eliminate carbon emissions in the energy and transportation sectors.

CEJA partners with employers to create meaningful opportunities for participants to explore careers and gain real-world experience. Employers can engage through job shadowing, work-based learning or internship placements, and potential full-time employment opportunities.
