Culinary Market at Wheat Café

outside of the culinary and hospitality center

The Culinary Market at Wheat Café features baked goods, soups, salads, sides, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and other items created by students in the Culinary program. Located in the Culinary and Hospitality Center, students and community members can order food to go at the market counter or grab a table and enjoy lunch in the Café. All of our products are made from scratch on premises.

Fifteen-minute parking is available outside the Culinary and Hospitality Center.

Culinary Market Menu: March 11 to 27

Open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

  • Portillo’s Style Chopped Salad with Creamy Balsamic Dressing: $8.00
  • Flatbread Pizza with Sausage: $8.00
  • Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Roll Salad: $9.00
    Thin rice noodles, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, cabbage, peanuts and peanut dressing
  • Lemon Thyme Scones: $2.00
  • Triple Chocolate Cookies: $3.00
  • Pasta with Vegetables and Goat Cheese: $7.00
    Rapini, roasted red pepper, artichoke, olives
  • Western Burger: $9.00
    Pepper Jack, onion rings, Kansas City BBQ sauce, served with fries
  • South African Style Vegetable Grilled Cheese: $7.00
    Housemade sausage, caramelized onion, tomatoes, fontina cheese and rosemary, served with fries
  • Almond Croissant Bars: $3.00
