The Information Technology organization at College of DuPage is dedicated to empowering students, faculty, and staff by providing reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. We support the college’s mission by delivering responsive IT services, fostering digital equity, and enabling academic and operational excellence across our diverse campus community.

The Information Technology Services Department is a vital component in enabling the College to achieve IT strategic objectives. IT provides the technology, infrastructure, data, systems, and support necessary to advance student success, academic excellence, and operational effectiveness.

IT operates as a college-wide service organization, ensuring that technology is accessible, reliable, and aligned with institutional priorities.

What We Do

IT delivers a comprehensive range of technology services across the College:

  • IT Support & Customer Experience – Help desk services, technical support, and user assistance
  • Applications & Data Services – Enterprise systems, integrations, and reporting
  • Infrastructure & Operations – Networks, servers, cloud services, and system reliability
  • Information Security – Cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance 

These integrated services ensure the College’s technology environment remains secure, scalable, and responsive to evolving needs.

IT works in partnership with the College community through advisory committees that provide input, feedback, and strategic alignment:

  • Information Technology Advisory Committee (ITAC) 
  • Administrative Technology Advisory Committee (ATAC) 
  • Faculty Technology Advisory Committee (FTAC) 
  • Student Technology Advisory Committee (STAC) 

These groups ensure that technology decisions reflect the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
